Class Policies

Payment Policy

The registration fee of $20 is a processing fee due upon registration and renewed annually on a per family basis. At the time you register, you pay the registration fee and the monthly tuition of $35. Thereafter, tuition is due before the start of the following month. Our preferred payment method is by automatically debiting your checking account or credit card. When paying by check, please make checks payable to The Gymnastics Express. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

Family Discounts

There is a $20 annual registration fee that is on a per family basis. The monthly tuition for the first child is $35, and there is a $5 discount for each subsequent child. For example, if you have four children, the first child's tuition will be $35, the second child's tuition will be $30, the third child's tuition will be $25, and the fourth child's tuition will $20.

Refund Policy

The registration fee is non-refundable. Refunds for class tuition will not be given under any circumstances, but unused tuition may be applied toward future sessions.

Dress Code

Please dress your child appropriately! Boys and girls may wear gym shorts or sweat pants and a T-shirt that can be tucked in securely. No tights or jewelry are permitted. Long hair needs to be pulled back and secured.

Lost Items

The Gymanstics Express cannot be responsible for lost articles.

Birthday Policies

Deposit Policy

There is a $100 non-refundable deposit required to reserve your preferred day and time. If you need to reschedule your party, you may do so up to 21 days before your party without any penalty. If you need to reschedule less than 21 days before your party, there will be a $50 re-booking fee.

Safety Waiver

Every participant in a birthday party must have a parent sign a liability waiver. If a child does not have a parent-signed safety waiver, they will not be permitted to participate. There are simply no exceptions to this rule!

Payment Policy

We cannot hold any dates and times until we have your deposit in hand. The birthday party balance is then due upon completion of your child's birthday party. Our preferred payment method is cash or check. When paying by check, please make checks payable to The Gymnastics Express. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. A fee of $25.00 is charged on all returned checks.

Dress Code

Boys may wear gym shorts or sweat pants and a T-shirt that can be tucked in securely. Girls may also wear gym shorts or sweat pants and a T-shirt, or they may wear leotards (any color or style). No tights or jewelry are permitted. Long hair needs to be pulled back and secured.
