Our Classes

The Gymnastics Express provides a safe and exciting environment to introduce children to the world of gymnastics. We employ a full sized school bus that has been converted into a miniature gymnastics center that is brought right to your child's school. All of our classes occur right inside The Gymnastics Express, so no transportation is required!

Through our specially designed classes, children will have the opportunity to explore their physical abilities and the environment around them. We focus on the development of basic motor skills, balance, coordination, and social interaction. Through the sport of gymnastics, children can maximize their growth and development. Our classes are designed to accommodate children as young as 2 years old, and as your child progresses, so does our curriculum, which can allow your child to grow with us until he or she is ready for kindergarten!

The Gymnastics Express has a vast array of equipment that is rotated in and out on a weekly basis. We also employ a theme based lesson plan each week which serves to enhance your child's vocabulary, engage their imagination, and enhance their learning.
